$SKY Token Allocation:

• The $SKY token has maximum supply of 37.5 million tokens.

• The $SKY management team will be allocated 2 million tokens, known as the Management and Development allocation.

• All remaining tokens are in circulation.

$SKY Allocation

Decentralized Exchange Tax:

Skypath has incorporated a 3% tax for buy and sell transactions for $SKY on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), which is split into a Liquidity Pool Tax (1.5%) and Development Tax (1.5%).

• Liquidity Pool Tax:

  • 1.5% of every DEX transaction will be redirected back into the liquidity pool, helping to grow liquidity for $SKY.

  • This is an automatic function embedded into the smart contract.

  • In theory, there will always be liquidity for holders of $SKY to exit their positions.

• Development Tax:

  • 1.5% of every DEX transaction will be redirected to the Skypath Development Fund, which is split into the Skypath Assistance Fund and Company Development Fund:

    • Skypath Assistance Fund (1%): The funds from this tax will be used to fund the installation of our software in underserved schools and municipalities that wouldn't normally be able to afford it.

    • Company Development Fund (0.5%): The funds from this tax will be used to fund the planning and implementation of additional products and/or projects that will integrate with $SKY. The allocation will support the development process, which includes research, design, construction, and other project-related activities. This allocation will also be used to pay for services to grow the company, such as industry subject matter experts and consultants, marketing, administrative volunteers, centralized exchanges, automated market makers, and research into EVM and non-EVM blockchains and networks.

Locked Liquidity:

• Soon after launch, liquidity in the SKY/AVAX trading pool will be locked and the team will be unable to access the locked liquidity pairing for six months.
